This is a picture of a cirque. It was created by freeze-thaw weathering. Cirque floors contain a rock basin, which is created by abrasion and plucking. Cirques often grow in clusters, like a cirque within a cirque.

Yearbook
This picture was taken at Lake Cowichan. I personally think it is a wonderful picture because the way the sun is shining off of the water. In the distance you can see a little sail boat. The little sailboat really makes the picture come together. Also, the clouds are a perfect white and it almost looks like you could touch them. The mountains in the background complete the picture, with the shadowing of them and all. Overall, this picture is a amazing shot.
